Shipping Rates
We offer $4 flat-rate shipping on U.S. orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your order, as Chell Muirae is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
