Return Policy

All items are non-refundable. We accept returns for store credit within 15 days of delivery. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition
• Returned in the original packaging
• Returned within 15 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your order, as Chell Muirae is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued as an e-gift card for the value of the eligible merchandise returned.

Store credit can be used toward a future purchase at Chell Muirae.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at customersupport@chellmuirae.com within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
